Initially, we looked at a dedicated people analytics tool that had extraneous features. We ultimately decided that people analytics and headcount planning was really our sore spot and ChartHop’s People Operations Platform solved that better than any other solution we saw.

ChartHop helped us centralize over a hundred headcount planning spreadsheets into a single platform. We could easily monitor people’s access and progress, and even consolidate multiple plans with a couple of clicks.

With any HRIS, it’s really hard to build out custom fields to collect data points specific to a company and set access controls at various security levels. But this isn’t a problem in ChartHop. ChartHop allows us to build custom fields to collect data specific to our org that maps from our HRIS to align our people data across systems. Having this level of data empowers our leaders and managers with the visibility and insights required to make better decisions.

Before, people were using three systems to look for people and performance management questions and data points. Now, they’re only going to ChartHop as their main platform.

While we started out looking for one thing, ChartHop actually ended up fulfilling about 15 needs we had.
