I started ChartHop because, after leading multiple tech teams, I’ve always been inspired by great software — software that gets the little details right, that reimagines what’s possible, that awakens that magical feeling of expanding our capabilities to collaborate and create. From Stripe and Datadog to GitHub and MongoDB, phenomenal software has powered some of the most important work my teams have done, at Business Insider, Sailthru, and beyond.

These tools made it possible for our technology to scale, impacting the lives of millions of people across the world.

Yet, more important than the tools that were used, were the people who made it all possible. Scaling technology is certainly a challenge, but scaling your people —- now that’s hard.
