Our mission.
To connect everything an organization knows about itself into a living model, so every decision makes a company stronger.
A note from our founder.
I founded ChartHop to create greater transparency and alignment in organizations.
Scaling my last company, the thing I could never get was a straight answer about my own org. The data existed. It sat in six systems and a lot of spreadsheets, and by the time anyone had assembled it into a picture, the picture was out of date. I built ChartHop because I wanted the version that stays current.
That's still the work. Connect everything a company knows about itself into a living model, one that stays alive while the company changes underneath it, and put it where decisions actually get made. Then a reorg, a hiring plan or a comp cycle starts from what's true today instead of what someone exported last quarter.
The part I'm proudest of is the team. Fast, inclusive, transparent, optimistic, all in. Those five words are how we hire and how we work.
Let's grow.

Three beliefs core to ChartHop.
It's your data.
It's your data, but most software is built to hold it, not move and connect it, which is why so much of what a company knows about itself never reaches the people deciding. We meet your data where it lives, so the whole picture reaches everyone entitled to see it.
People problems don't stay in HR.
Every people decision lands somewhere else: a number, a deadline, a customer. Managers make the call, HR records it, Finance pays for it, and nobody sees all three. We bring people, work, money and customer data together.
Every company is a living thing.
Organizations are never finished. Teams reshape, budgets move, people leave, and none of it waits for the quarter to end. A living company can't be run from a static picture of itself, so the model updates as the company does.
Six modules with visual analytics and agentic AI available throughout.
Handle records, onboarding, time off and payroll integrations on the same model as everything else.
Plan, approve and track headcount with the cost of every change visible, and scenarios kept separate from approved reality.
Run merit, promotion and equity cycles with budgets, bands and approvals built in.
Configure the review cycle you actually run, and keep the results next to pay, engagement and headcount.
See survey results next to performance, pay and tenure, so a score comes with an explanation.
Tie goals to live data from Salesforce, Zendesk and your other systems, so progress updates itself.
