Our Commitment

We’re on a journey to become the world’s most inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible company. Our journey starts with having a team that looks like all backgrounds and abilities around the world. We’ve made steady progress, but we aren’t finished. We are creating a company where everyone belongs.

ChartHop commits to being fair, inclusive, anti-racist, and equitable.
As an organization we lead with transparency and we welcome feedback from all team members. We are creating an environment where every team member’s voice is heard and respected.

Community and belonging

We want all people to feel like they belong at ChartHop. This is only possible when our employees feel reflected, heard, and respected at work. Reflection happens when people see themselves represented at different levels of the organization. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are crucial to creating this sense of community, inclusion, and belonging. ERGs are communities of employees who create space to connect on their shared experiences. We currently have 4 ERGs representing Women, LGBTQIA+, AAPI, and disability communities.

ChartHop's DEIB Council

The DEIB Council serves as a representative and inclusive body charged with designing, implementing, and tracking progress on DEIB efforts at ChartHop in collaboration with employees, different departments, ERGs, executive leadership, and external partners. In addition to creating a safe space internally at ChartHop, the DEIB Council aims to further reflect DEIB within our product to help more workplaces foster an inclusive culture.

ChartTalk

We're creating safe spaces for hard conversations that encourage learning, listening, and safe discussions. Each month team members get together to discuss current events and other DEIB topics such as allyship. These conversations are an optional open forum and off the record, creating an environment where individuals can confidently share their stories.
