Matt’s role is to help ChartHop accomplish its company growth goals with predictable, transparent metrics and world-class execution.

Why did you join ChartHop?

ChartHop is a company unlike any other. The combination of its incredible company culture, commitment to workplace transparency, and an unparalleled approach to visualizing employee insights initially attracted me to the role.

What's the essential ingredient to a great team?

Communication. Open communication is necessary to build trust, overcome challenges and achieve successful outcomes.

Diana leads ChartHop's global marketing strategy and execution. She focuses on all things brand, growth, and market positioning to attract and delight customers.

What's your leadership superpower?

Compassion. I truly enjoy helping my team live their best lives and do their best work, and it all starts with understanding and respecting the human side.

Trust. It drives the human connection that forms the foundation of any team.

Sarah Diegnan (she/her)

VP, Customer Experience

Role

Sarah leads ChartHop’s customer journey, partnering with customers from the first moments of onboarding through successful execution of all account goals to make sure customers get the most out of ChartHop.

Why did you join ChartHop?

Because of the people and the product. In the Customer Experience world, your team is the most important asset and I saw how ChartHop could help me as a leader unlock the true potential of my team.

What's your leadership superpower?

Hiring a team of customer-facing professionals that truly complement each other and then organizing them in a way where the sum of the parts is greater than the whole.

Justin Garrity (he/him)

VP, Product

Role

Justin is responsible for supporting and building the product management team that will shape the roadmap of the ChartHop offering, maximizing value and productivity for all users.

What's your leadership superpower?

I genuinely care about my team and our customers. I want both of them to be wildly successful.

What’s the essential ingredient to a great team?

Using the product ourselves every single day.

Kirsten Liranzo (she/her)

VP, Sales

Role

Kirsten's job is to set the revenue strategy for the company and enable my teams to execute on that strategy.

Where do you see ChartHop in five years?

In five years I see ChartHop as a robust Enterprise HR & Finance platform, competing with the legacy systems that exist today. I would love to see ChartHop grow 10x or more in the coming years.

What's your leadership superpower?

Dedication to my team and our goals. Being dedicated gives me a high level of discipline and a laser focus on execution.

Julie Sommerville (she/her)

VP, Engineering

Role

Julie runs the Engineering team at ChartHop, leading the vision to build world class software that delights our customers.

Why did you join ChartHop?

I immediately saw the value in the product and was thrilled to work with Ian again.

Good communication around goals and priorities, respect, and a healthy dose of humor.

Ivori Johnson (she/her)

Director, DEIB / Head of People

Role

Ivori leads ChartHop's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging team. She has created equitable opportunities while delivering on DEIB goals across our hiring practices, retention strategies, growth plans, and the product that reflect diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Why did you join ChartHop?

I wish I knew about ChartHop when I worked for other organizations and I want to help other DEIB + People leaders understand ChartHop's value in relation to DEIB.

What was your first job?

My first job was working at a local park in my neighborhood coaching youth basketball and softball. My first professional job was doing Data Analytics for Capital One (commercial banking).
