A note from founder and CEO Ian White

I founded ChartHop to create greater transparency and alignment in organizations.

ChartHop is the platform that I wish I’d had, scaling the last company I founded. I knew there had to be a better way than pulling data manually into spreadsheets. Today we continue to grow and build on that vision to build the best People Operations Platform in the world that empowers organizations to transform their People program.

But even more important is forming and building a winning team — one that can collaborate, challenge each other, and push each other to be better. I’m immensely proud of the team we’ve assembled on these values — fast, inclusive, transparent, optimistic, and all-in.
